Processing & Dispatch

In-stock items
Orders containing only ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2 working days.

Made-to-order items
Many of our products are produced after purchase to allow for customisation and quality checks. These items are usually dispatched within 7 working days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, everything will normally be dispatched together once the made-to-order items are ready.

Spray & substrate bundles
Spray and substrate bundles are typically dispatched within 2 working days. If ordered alongside made-to-order items, they may be dispatched separately to avoid unnecessary delays.

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 working days, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and orders over £80 qualify for free UK shipping.
