At RoseLark Pet Products, every item is lovingly made to order, crafted specifically for you and your pet. Because our products are custom‑made, we begin preparing your order shortly after it’s placed.

Cancellations & Refunds

As each item is created just for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us right away. If work has not yet started, we will always do our best to help.
