A hamster sand bath provides a dedicated space for hamsters to roll, dig and groom naturally. This cloud-shaped design offers a comfortable area for sand bathing while adding gentle structure and visual interest to the enclosure.
The raised sides help keep sand contained while still allowing easy access for your pet to enter, turn and dig comfortably.
It can also be used as a dig box for holding different substrates, such as cork granules, coco soil or other enrichment materials, giving your hamster additional opportunities to forage and explore.
Available in three sizes to suit different enclosure layouts and pet species.
Suitable for Syrian and dwarf hamsters, and also appropriate for mice and other small pets.
Sand bathing is a natural grooming behaviour for hamsters. Rolling in sand helps remove excess oils from their coat and supports healthy fur maintenance.
Providing a dedicated sand area also adds extra clutter and enrichment to the enclosure, helping create a more stimulating and secure environment.

Fill with hamster-safe sand for grooming, or use as a dig box with suitable substrates to create additional enrichment zones within the enclosure.
Place sand baths on a stable platform or compacted bedding to prevent them from sinking into deeper substrate.
